Youth will gain the skills and resources necessary to continue growing and evolving their business in the future. Youth will be empowered to make a difference in their communities through Head, Heart, Hands, and Health life skills model.  The EntrepreneurShip Investigation curriculum inspires innovative learning!

Campers will learn about their personal strengths, create effective business/marketing plans, tour successful businesses, visit with local entrepreneurs and sell their unique business products at the ESI market place.  Campers will also meet dynamic guest speakers from across the country including Dr. Tom Field, Director of the UNL Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program.  The free camp is available to ages 5th grade and older and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. Space is limited so be sure to return the required registration form and permission and health forms as soon as possible. Registration forms will be available on Monday, April 28th at the UNL Extension Office-Central IV Area (at the Valley County Fairgrounds) or at the Valley County Community Foundation Fund office located at 1514 K Street.  The registration form can be downloaded here along with the required participant permission and health form.

The ESI Camp experience is made possible for our local youth through the generosity of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, 4-H Youth Development, Valley County Community Foundation Fund, Ord Area Chamber of Commerce, Valley County Economic Development and various local businesses.  Financial sponsorship is provided by the Valley County Community Foundation Fund-Geweke Youth Endowment.  ESI Camp is one of the many valuable youth entrepreneurship experiences offered in Valley County through progressive partnerships.

By working together for the greater good we are creating abundant opportunities for youth and families to live a rich quality of life in Valley County for generations to come!
