A New Resource for Valley County Destinations

The Valley County Tourism Committee has developed a new resource for tourism destinations in Valley County, Nebraska.

The Tourism Destination Development Fund was created to provide funding to help improve existing or create new visitor attractions and facilities in Valley County that are owned by a pubic or nonprofit organization. Funds available through this program are provided from Valley County’s Lodging Tax Improvement Fund. The funds are to be used for capital improvements for destinations and recreational facilities that attract visitors to Valley County as described in the Nebraska Visitors Development Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-3720.

Valley County Tourism has created this resource in an effort to further develop county-wide tourism destinations that attract travelers for overnight stays as they explore our community’s unique offerings and exceptional hospitality.
