Community Pancake Feed during Valley County Fair

Valley County is blessed with generous volunteers who aren’t afraid to join forces, roll up their sleeves and get to work to create something great. Volunteers throughout Valley County are active year-round but there is no better instance of their generosity than during the Valley County Fair.

Dozens of volunteers gather to host a parade and multiple concerts. They come together to check in fair exhibits and oversee kids’ games. No matter where you look during fair week, chances are you will see a volunteer who is offering their time and talent to ensure fair-goers’ experiences are safe, fun and memorable.

The Ord Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and staff volunteer during the Valley County Fair as well by hosting the Community Pancake Feed. It’s one of the ways the Chamber of Commerce brings the community together, honors the hard work of local youth and thanks the countless volunteers who make the Valley County Fair happen.

All are invited to the Community Pancake Feed on Thursday, August 2 from 7:00 – 9:00 am at the Valley County Fairgrounds. A free will donation will be accepted which the Chamber will utilize to encourage local commerce and promote the Valley County community.

We hope to see you out and about during the Valley County Fair! A complete schedule of events can be found on our website.
