Are you looking to build a new home in Ord? The City of Ord, along with several project partners, has completed a 37-lot housing development to meet the needs of our growing community. On this page you will find information for home building along with the many development incentives available for new housing construction.


Interested in buying a lot? Lots for sale are available on a first come-first serve basis. Several relocation incentives are available for for families that income-qualify. Income-qualified builder incentives include Down Payment Assistance, free lots and free utility connections.
